Read MoreNow, anyone familiar with Pittsburgh weather knows it can be a bit all over the place, especially when you least expect it. But on this particular day, the stars aligned, and we found ourselves basking in the warmth of a sunny 60-degree morning. It was like a dream for a photographer who's used to bundling up for winter sessions!
What made this session stand out even more was the addition of an extra-special guest – the couple's yellow lab. Their cute furry friend who not only played along but turned out to be a total natural in front of the camera. I mean, talk about photogenic – this pup was stealing the show left and right with his undeniable charm.
The chemistry between the couple and their four-legged buddy was nothing short of heartwarming. The dog's antics added a touch of realness to the photos, capturing the genuine excitement and joy as they awaited their little one's arrival. It's moments like these that make me fall in love with photography all over again – the unexpected surprises that make each session uniquely special.
I can't wait to be part of the next chapter for this sweet couple and freeze those precious newborn moments in time come January!

It’s great to be getting outdoors for some sessions lately, despite Pittsburgh spring weather being totally unpredictable! This was a sunny but chilly April morning behind my studio in Allison Park, PA. The nice thing about scheduling an outdoor shoot behind my studio is we can easily jump inside for a few studio shots! This worked out great for this session to keep this little guy’s white outfit mud-free! :-) Here are some of my favorite shots from the Conlon family photo session.
